1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this site. By placing an order you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Products and Personalization
Our products are handcrafted wooden gifts and keepsakes, personalized with text you provide. Please note:
- We engrave exactly what you submit, including spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and spacing. We do not proofread or correct your text.
- Wood is a natural material. Grain pattern, tone, and knot placement vary from piece to piece. Product photographs are representative, and slight variation is expected and is not a defect.
- We have made every effort to display our product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly.
- Product dimensions listed are approximate and may vary slightly.
3. Personalization Content You Submit
By submitting personalization text, images, or other content to us, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use that content, and that it does not infringe any trademark, copyright, right of publicity, or other right of any third party.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, where the personalization requested:
- Infringes or may infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party, including brand names, logos, characters, song lyrics, or quotations
- Is obscene, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or promotes discrimination or violence
- Is unlawful in any other respect
If we cancel an order for these reasons, we will notify you and issue a full refund. You agree to indemnify and hold AURORELY LLC harmless from any claim arising out of content you submitted to us.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, an unauthorized transaction, or an error in pricing or product description. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Occasionally there may be information on our site containing typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel orders placed on the basis of incorrect information.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
5. Shipping and Returns
Shipping timelines, rates, and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except where the item is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, product photography, text, graphics, logos, and the Aurorely name and marks — is the property of AURORELY LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written permission.
7. Reviews and Customer Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing materials.
You agree that your submissions will not violate any right of a third party and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material. We may, but are under no obligation to, edit or remove any submission.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site or services: for any unlawful purpose; to violate any regulation or law; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, or discriminate; to submit false information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, or scrape; or to interfere with the security features of the site.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AURORELY LLC and our officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Missouri.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. Such determination shall not affect the validity of any other provision.
