Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days before your order ships. Personalized items may take one extra day.

Within the US: 7–12 business days from the day you order, including production. Every order ships with tracking, and you can follow it on our Track Order page.

Personalized pieces are made for you alone, so we cannot resell them — that means they are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or the engraving does not match what you ordered.

If either happens, email support@aurorely.com within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.

Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days.

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak in water and do not put in the dishwasher.

Keep out of direct sunlight and away from radiators — wood dries and cracks in constant heat. Every few months, a thin coat of food-safe mineral oil brings the grain back.
